Impressive room, impressive location, the well-designed double room balcony provided a perfect setting for family comfort while being just a five-minute walk from stunning lake access.

I enjoyed the wellness center and spent time at the pools. The staff was polite and provided helpful local suggestions. One evening, I had a pleasant dinner with local items on the menu. The view of the surrounding nature contributed to a relaxing atmosphere, which I appreciated as a couple from Rome.

I found the parking fees to be unexpected for a hotel at this level. The crowded pool area diminished the experience I sought for relaxation.

Our family loved the warm swimming pool, especially the slide that our little one enjoyed every day! The views of the lake and castle from our room were breathtaking, making it a perfect backdrop for our family getaway with my fiancée.

My children wished the sauna was operational during our stay.

The views from my room were nothing short of breathtaking, showcasing the pristine Lake Bled and the iconic castle perched above. Each morning began with a delicious buffet breakfast featuring local honeycomb and fresh, made-to-order scrambled eggs, talk about an energizing start! Plus, the wellness center was fabulous, offering multiple pools with gorgeous views that made relaxation totally effortless.

Staying here was a memorable experience, especially with the stunning lake view from the room that was both spacious and modern. The warm hospitality provided by the staff, particularly on an occasion when I fell sick, created a comforting atmosphere. Additionally, the food featured unique Sicilian products that were delightful. However, on one occasion, it was disappointing that the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed during peak hours, leading to a longer wait time. Also, the lack of variety in breakfast options was noticeable. Despite these minor drawbacks, the overall ambiance and service were commendable.

Our double room with a balcony was super cozy. It had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and towels. The balcony had stunning lake views. Spa facilities were awesome, with multiple pools and saunas. Unique treatments. Breakfast included fresh pastries and local honey. Definitely a vibe!
